Recruitment reporting you can check

Positions, candidates, interviews, offers and sources reported from the work the platform records, with an empty figure shown as a dash rather than a confident zero.

Last updated:

What do the reports cover?

The analytics module reports open positions, candidates added, interviews completed, offers, joiners, acceptance rate, time to fill and time to hire. Trackers break this down by position against its target date, candidates by stage and days in stage, interviews with candidate and interviewer no-shows counted separately, offers and joining, and sources of lead against sources of hire.

Team leaders and administrators also see recruiter activity across their team. Each person sees the tabs and rows their role allows, and some trackers are switched on per workspace during onboarding.

How much can you trust a figure?

A figure with no measurable denominator shows as a dash, never as 0%. Candidates with no recorded source stay in their own unattributed group instead of being folded into a channel, and pay figures are hidden from anyone without pay visibility.

Every report exports to CSV, PDF or Excel, and each export is written to the audit trail.
